DIY Directional Sign for Outdoor Hobbies

Spring is right around the corner and you're probably already planning your next outdoor adventure. In the meanwhile you could decorate your backyard, patio (or even the hall of your office building - how fun would that be!) with this fun DIY Directional Wood Sign. It's 18.5" tall and 11" long and comes unfinished. You can see a glimpse of the unfinished version behind the decorated one.

We decorated it with Pink Paislee and My Mind's Eye "Happy Camper" scrapbook paper. You can use for any occasion or any season of the year. Just use the paper of your choice to match your theme.

To glue the paper to the wood, simply use Mod Podge glue/sealer. Apply 1 coat to the wood and 1 coat to the back of the paper, then adhere together. Apply one coat on top of the paper for an extra protection and to seal.

We also used cut out pieces from the paper collection to mount to the front of the boards with 3D sticky foams to create dimension.
