• Glue rhinestones or jewels onto the fabric.
• Create fringe on the ends, or all around.
• Slide a large hole bead onto the cut fringe.

To create fringe on the ends, or all around (like shown below), use the Fringe Cut Ruler and Rotary Cutter or just use scissors. Make your cuts approximately 1/2” wide by 2 1/2” -3” long, or more if desired.

Optional: Sewn Scarves
To make a double-sided scarf, fold the fleece in half face to face. Sew the long sides together with one seam. Turn right side out. Fold along the seam and press firmly with your hand. Now you may choose to sew the ends together or create fringe. In ours, DeAnna added a trim piece in the center and ends.
