What a unique gift this could be! Add photos to create a collage of cherished memories, like photos of the kids to give to grandparents, or photos of dad's favorite football team for a more masculine gift. The little girls will love this one here with fairies and flowers.
All you need to make this project is our puzzle board, some paint, some decorative paper (or photos), a craft knife, some embellishments, self-adhesive vinyl words, Mod Podge Medium and some glue.
Paint the puzzle board with the color of paint that would match your decorative paper (or photos). Let it dry. Use Mod Podge as your glue to adhere your decorative paper (or photos) on the puzzle pieces. Trim any excess. Let dry. Apply another coat of Mod Podge on the top to seal and protect. (If you're not sure how to apply Mod Podge, click here for more information). Let dry completely.
We added the self-adhesive "Life is better with Friends" vinyl right in the center of the puzzle pieces. Once that's in place, we used a craft knife to cut through the paper and vinyl to reveal the individual pieces. Make sure your knife is sharp, it will make a much cleaner cut.
We covered the edge border with washi tape that matched our paper. We also glued mini flowers on each corner for a final touch. Have fun with it and create your own version. It's easy!
