DIY Kaisercraft Antique Bazaar Wood Box with Drawers

We love this unfinished wood box with drawers that Bonnie finished with the Kaisercraft Antique Bazaar paper collection. We don't have step-by-step instructions on how to make this project because honestly, you can make it just about any way you want. To make it even more unique, we decided to add brass knobs and brass card holder pulls. But you can add any embellishments that you have on hand.

The designs in the Antique Bazaar flea-market-inspired paper collection are filled with vintage treasures. So it's really fun to search for the pieces that you'll want to use for this project. Simply trace and cut the paper for the areas you'd like to decorate. Use Mod Podge to adhere and seal the paper to the box. If you've never used Mod Podge, check out Bonnie's short how-to video here.

Of course the focus of this entire project is the vinyl words "FAMILY HOLDS IT ALL TOGETHER". We custom cut vinyl, so you can actually have this vinyl phrase be one of your own choice. Learn more about our Vinyl Cutting Service here.

Hide inspirational messages inside the drawers for a reminder every time you open them of what life is all about.

Here are a few of the Kaisercraft Antique Bazaar Paper Collection. You'll love the different textures and antique color designs.

Use the entire sheet of these antique clocks, or cut them out and layer them one on top of the other for a 3-dimensional effect.

All supplies shown here are available at our Ben Franklin Crafts store in Monroe, WA. (While supplies last). If you have any questions about this project, don't hesitate to stop by, or give us a call at 360-794-6745 ext. 0.
