Plaid Gifts and Cards for Dad

We loved making projects using the new PLAID DAD paper collection from Simple Stories! "I'm so plaid you're my dad" is one of the sentiments that you can cut out of the 12" x 12" sheet of paper. There's also #1 Dad, DAD the man the myth the legend, papa bear, my favorite daddy-o, coolest dad ever, the best dads have beards, and sawdust is man glitter. These sentiments are all cut apart pieces included in 1 sheet of paper. Cut them out and glue on your cardstock to make a stunning card in minutes!

We love the plaid pattern, the grey woodsy background, the brown stump graphic, the plaid "lumber jack" shirts. Everything in this paper collection is so much fun! Of course it includes adorable stickers too! Look at these wool socks on a clothesline. The cutest thing ever! 

Crafting with this collection is so easy! Cut apart the pieces, use Mod Podge to adhere the paper to any surface. That's what we did on this unfinished pen holder. Layering the paper gives more depth to your project. Make sure to give a top coat of Mod Podge to make sure it's sealed.
