The most difficult decision you'll have to make will be how you want to glue your paper to the frame. You can choose to use Mod Podge as your glue and sealer, you can use double-sided tape, you could even use Elmer's Rubber Cement Glue which allows you a bit a flexibility as far as peeling it off and swapping the paper when you want to change your image.
