Simply glue decorative paper to the front of your frame (we used an unfinished frame) using Mod Podge. Cut away the paper from the picture hole using an Xacto knife. Apply a top coat of Mod Podge to the paper to seal and protect it. (if you've never applied Mod Podge before, watch this video tutorial with Bonnie, CLICK HERE.)
Apply the self-adhesive vinyl "I'm really a mermaid" to the paper. If you'd like to know more about how to apply the vinyl, watch this video with Sonja, CLICK HERE.
The last step is to add self-adhesive pearls to the edge of the frame which gives it an ocean look that any mermaid would love.
