Simply cut out strips and star shapes out of the bandana of your choice. Then use “Heat'n Bond” Iron-On Adhesive to adhere those pieces to the shirt to create a flag. All these supplies are available at our Ben Franklin Crafts store in Monroe, WA.

The Heat'n Bond Iron-On Adhesive is pretty easy to use. (It's available in our Fabric Department). This adhesive is a paper backed sheet of solid heat activated adhesive. You simply press it to your fabric project. Here's a video tutorial on how to apply it: https://youtu.be/dmDvjE14tek
